Q: How much do you charge for delivery cost?

Q: How much is the delivery cost to Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands?
A: Unlike many others we also offer FREE Delivery on all orders to Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands (no minimum spend)
Q: Do you deliver to Ireland/Jersey/Isle of Man?
A: We do deliver to these regions however a standard £12.99 "international" postage rate applies per order. You will need to manually select the specific country from the drop down list in the checkout stage for the postcode to be recognised correctly.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We are a registered LTD company based in the UK. Our head office is in Derby and our full company details including VAT number can be found at the bottom of our home page.
Q: Is it possible to connect the "Heavy Duty String Lights" together to create a longer length?
A: Yes absolutely, the lights were designed with this in mind. Simply unscrew the plug end from one set of lights and attach this to the end of the initial set.
Q: I have received my lights and one or more of the bulbs are not lighting up, please can you advise how this can be solved?
A : Simply unplug your set of lights and fully tighten the bulbs which are not lighting up. Due to the waterproof seal required on some outdoor string light bulbs they need to be tightened as far as possible to ensure a tight seal around the base of the bulb. If this does not resolve the problem it may mean the connector inside the bulb holder has been flattened. Using a flat head screwdriver gently raise the brass connector inside the bulb holder to ensure a good connection between the fittings.
Q: I have tried the above method & my lights still aren’t working, what do I do?
On the rare occasion that a fault does occur we are more than happy to provide a replacement & arrange for a return delivery. If the product is deemed to be faulty a full refund of any return postage will be made. The majority of our lights come with a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. Q: I placed an order and I have only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
A: If you purchase more than one item in your order, it is possible that you will receive them in different packages. This is due to the current increase in demand on the delivery network. We aim to offer the fastest delivery times possible, so will often send out one item first if that is ready to be sent before the others. Rest assured the rest of your order will arrive shortly afterwards if the items did not all arrive together.
