Warranty Period
12-Month Warranty
All Lighting Legends products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim:

The fault must be reported within 12 months of purchase.

The product must be returned to us for inspection within the 12-month warranty period.

Proof of purchase is required.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, environmental exposure beyond intended use, or fair wear and tear.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a repair, replacement or refund.
If a fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
Returns
We offer a 30 days returns policy and 12 months warranty on all products sold in the UK.
To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You must also include your name or order number with the returned item.
To start a return, please click the link at the bottom of our home page called "Click to Start Return" & follow the steps shown. Return postage is covered by the customer unless specified. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and apply the refund.
