DPD International Tracked 3-5 Day Delivery - €12.99 (up to €150 value)

All international orders may need additional time to be processed & delivered. Please be aware that you may also be liable for additional taxes & import duties depending on the location. For orders over €150 please place multiple smaller orders.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is sent out automatically via email as soon as the order has been processed and is in transit. This can then be easily tracked via the courier tracking website. Please make sure to include your email within the checkout stage to be informed of the progress of your order.

30 DAY RETURNS & 12 MONTH WARRANTY
Lighting Legends offer a comprehensive 30 day returns process & a 12 month warranty on all products, giving you peace of mind that the product you receive will be good quality and free of faults. In the rare event that your lights develop a fault during the warranty period, we will offer you the option to return the item for an exchange or refund.

 MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are not at home when we deliver your order, The courier will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. Deliveries are left at your own risk and at the discretion of the courier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS & REDELIVERY CHARGES

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Lighting Legends cannot be held responsible for orders where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, a re-delivery charge of £3.99 will apply. This charge must be paid in full before the order can be re-dispatched.

We recommend carefully checking your address details before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional charges.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

If any goods are found to be faulty on delivery, they may be returned for a replacement. Please make sure you inform us within 7 days of receiving your order of any faults when you inspect the goods on their arrival. Claims for missing items or the non delivery of orders must be made within 14 days of the dispatch date.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Please contact us to discuss the best way to exchange or return your purchase. If the lights are not deemed to be faulty then the return postage is covered by the customer. Refunds are issued after the item has been returned to us in unused & acceptable condition. All parcels should be checked for transit damage before accepting delivery. Damaged deliveries should be either turned away or reported as damaged. Should you receive a transit damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for transit damaged items once they have been used or installed.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERIES

If an order is refused by a customer, a re-delivery charge of £3.99 will apply. This charge must be paid in full before the order can be re-dispatched.
